About Me
I was born in 1955 and grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After
sojourns in Dallas and the San Francisco Bay area, I lived for
24 years in Santa Fe, New Mexico, moving to Port Townsend, Washington
in August of 2008. I have been married to Richard Noll since
1985 and we have two grown and beloved children, a daughter,
Rachel, a recent college graduate living in Los Angeles, and
a son, Mischa, a student at Colby College in Maine. Along with
being the love of my life, Richard has been a collaborator on
all of my recordings and is also my partner in our business,
Singing Heart Productions.
I am a private person, I adore my husband and children
and am a nutcase for my dog, Rafi. I love movies (mostly the
sweet, inspiring, uplifting kind), reading, dancing and coffee
with dear friends. And, after so many years in the high desert
of Santa Fe, I'm deeply nourished and delighted by the water,
the beaches and lush green woods of the Pacific Northwest.
I have been on a long, fascinating and fulfilling
journey of healing and awakening that continues each day. The
spiritual domain is at the center of everything in my life, and
is reflected in all of my work. I greatly value freedom, love,
humor and kindness. With the concept of Namaste' as my guide,
the cultivation and deepening of my compassion and respect for
everyone, and all of life is ongoing practice. I love this beautiful
planet we live on, and do what I can to contribute to the healing
and well-being of the earth through the work I do, and the way
I live.
